The QNPM initiative has developed customized project management workshops for the Qatar public service.  The workshops will help you build your project management skills, and give you a chance to practice using the templates and job aids provided on this website.

Each workshop lasts five days. Classes are limited to no more than 15 people per session to make sure each participant can get the attention they need. Workshops are instructor-led and delivered in English with Arabic support available.

At the end of the workshop you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion and be part of the growing community of professional project managers in Qatar’s public service.
